500033 - Update Firefox icon files with new 16x16 artwork

Description

This bug is for dropping in three file replacements:

(windows) firefox.ico
(os x) firefox.icns
(linux) default16.png

these files contain a revised 16x16 version based on feedback appearing on the comments of this blog post:

as well as two other changes:
-better definition shadow from the fox onto the globe in the 512x512 OS X version
-repositioned 128x128 for OS X so the generated dock shadow doesn't get cropped off (OS X bug)

Alex put together a screencap of what the icon revisions look like in context:

 - existing 3.0.x icon
 - existing 3.5.x icon
 - revision 1 from anthony @ iconfactory
 - revision 2 from anthony @ iconfactory

We've decided to go with revision 2. Alex is building the new icon files and testing them before attaching.
